Sweet Waters is a Eugene institution popular with locals and visitors alike. Its exquisitely designed interior hosts almost 250 diners and complements the riverside woodland splendor of our Willamette Valley site. Timber throughout provides a classic look that celebrates Eugene’s logging history. Upholstered seats in softer hues add comfort and style. Guests enter through an upper level, which includes a relaxed, welcoming lounge. They can then explore a four-sided bar with floor-to-ceiling windows, a glass-enclosed private event area and a partially covered, pet-friendly outdoor space.

Sweet Waters sources many of its ingredients from the Willamette Valley, and our wines and brews are local, too. Our menu has been created to celebrate all that’s great about Pacific Northwest cuisine, including delicious local fish, high-quality meats and vegetables, and fantastically fresh produce. 

Our Executive Chef explains; “I am deeply passionate about crafting delicious dishes inspired by Eugene’s bountiful ingredients and celebrating our vibrant food culture.”

Hours of Operation

Sunday – Thursday: 2pm to 9pm

Friday – Saturday: 2pm – 10pm
